Dear Ticket Holders for this Event,

We hope this message finds you well. We have some important news regarding New Year's Eve at Fremont, that will affect your reservation.  

Due to recent incidents and an increase in guest altercations at the venue, Fremont Chicago has made the difficult decision to close its doors, prioritizing the safety of all guests. Consequently, our New Year's Eve event at Fremont Chicago, in partnership with Green Curtain Events, will no longer take place. 

YOUR TICKET AND/OR TABLE PACKAGE VALUES ARE ALREADY IN THE PROCESS OF BEING REFUNDED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD USED AT PURCHASE; and you will receive a notification from the ticket provider via email, once your refund has initiated.  Please know this may take up to seven business days to process.  There is no need to contact anyone further at this time regarding Refunds.  

We understand that this may come as disappointing news, and we want to offer you options to ensure you can still enjoy your New Year's Eve celebration, despite this inconvenience.

Regarding Table Packages

Table Packages can host groups of a variety guest count. You will have the “real estate” but seating is NOT guaranteed for every member of your party. Unless specified and packaged together, General Admission Tickets are NOT included with your table purchase.  Please inquire for details or select from available options. Purchasing online is the only way to reserve a table.  Table reservations should be claimed within :60 minutes of your event start time. Table purchasers will need to be present to receive table inclusions. You do NOT need all members of your party to arrive together to claim your table.  Table inclusions will expire along with the celebration package at 1:30am for “last call”. Table location is based on first purchase / priority placement. Gratuity will be added night-of with your server.  If you buy multiple table packages, we will naturally do our best to accommodate them in close proximity as possible.  

Regarding “Celebration Packages”

You probably guessed it already… but “premium” refers to the brand and level of spirits that are included with your drink package. Green Curtain Events only partners with the finest locations in Chicago, and top shelf portfolios to match.  Premium Spirits, Craft + domestic beers, house wines, champagne, gourmet passed appetizers, party favors, and countdown are also included for the duration of your package. We love shots as much as the next person, but they are sadly not included for your party-safety.  Gratuity is not included with your General Admission tickets; please tip accordingly and take care of the service staff working hard on this holiday.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO PURCHASE REFUNDS. This is a private event. Guests must have a ticket to enter. Valid ID required. Must be 21 years of age. Venue reserves the right to refuse service for any patron at venue discretion. Please drink responsibly; consumption will be monitored by venue staff. Packages are compliant with state of Illinois regulations. Neither Venue or Green Curtain Events is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.  Table Service and Countdown Packages will close following standard operating procedures by venue.  Access to second floor is NOT guaranteed for all General Admission Ticket holders at all times.  Only Second Floor Table Holders will receive first rights to second floor access throughout the celebration.

Your health & safety is our priority here at Green Curtain Events. We are monitoring the impacts of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic very closely based on the rules and recommendations set forth by the CDC, WHO, and local municipalities in which we operate. 

 

Green Curtain Events will remain in compliance and follow the City of Chicago guidelines and checklists for Meetings and Social Events (At all times).   

 

All Venues we are partnered with will follow the City of Chicago guidelines and checklists for Restaurants and Bars (At all times).   

We ask our Patrons to do their part and follow CDC and local government guidelines for Social Gatherings.
